Customer Experience Manager - Part Time

Entain Group is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role involves working closely with the Shop Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain high shop standards.

  • Help customers navigate our products and services.
  • Provide efficient and effective solutions to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming shop environment.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.

This part-time position comes with a competitive hourly rate of £11.80, making it an ideal opportunity for those passionate about customer service and sports.

Your weekly schedule will include a mix of shift patterns, with opportunities to work independently and as part of a team.

As a key holder, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the shop.

We value work-life balance and offer a minimum four-week notice period for rota changes.
