Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role

This key position involves managing day-to-day production operations, including planning, scheduling, and supervising technical staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality outputs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics or engineering and excellent communication skills.

  1. Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee planning, scheduling, and supervision of technical staff to meet KPIs for time, efficiency, and quality.
  2. Develop SOPs: Create and implement standard operating procedures for managing operations or projects to meet customer needs.
  3. Inventory Planning: Plan inventory levels and oversee warehouse efficiency to optimize resource utilization.
  4. Capacity Planning: Manage capacity and resources effectively to meet production demands.
  5. Quality Control: Ensure high-quality outputs through effective quality control measures.
  6. Growth Opportunities: Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the production operations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with technical staff, management, and customers.
  2. Production Management Experience: A proven track record as a Production Manager in the electronics industry.
  3. Electronics Background: An electrical, electronic, or engineering degree and relevant work experience.
