We offer an attractive salary of £37,000 - £58,000 per annum, plus a performance-related bonus of up to 25% of base salary. You'll also enjoy up to 35 days of holiday, including 3 days between Christmas and New Year, as well as a 'Me' day off of your choice.
This is a senior leadership role where your knowledge of children's education, commercial acumen, customer service, and people development will combine to create an environment of safety, learning, and fun.
As our Nursery Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for all aspects of nursery operations and compliance, leading with exceptional people, commercial, and educational standards. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding care and education, we'd love to hear from you.
