Job Title: Electronics Production Manager
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Electronics Production Manager to join our team at Priority Appointments. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production activities, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production operations, including planning, scheduling, and supervising technical staff to meet performance metrics.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure customer needs are met.
- Plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency to minimize losses and optimize stock levels.
- Capacity planning and resource management to optimize production capacity.
- Quality control measures to maintain product quality.
- Identify opportunities for growth and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven track record as a Production Manager within the Electronics industry.
- An electrical, electronic or engineering background.
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience.
Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, free on-site parking, and ad-hoc team nights out.
