About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Kitchen Manager to lead our food service team in a dynamic contract catering environment. As Deputy Chef Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality culinary services and ensuring seamless kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve excellent food production and presentation standards.
  • Develop and implement efficient kitchen processes to maintain high productivity and quality control.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menus and specials that meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety guidelines, ensuring a clean and hygienic working environment.
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Chef or Kitchen Manager in a similar contract catering environment.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to work alternate weekends and flexible hours as required.
