About Us:

MODE SEARCH Ltd. is a renowned luxury brand that offers an exciting opportunity for a High Jewellery Store Leader to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the store's operations, driving sales growth, and managing a high-performing team.

About the Role:

This dynamic leader will be responsible for:
  1. Leading daily store operations to achieve or exceed sales goals and operational targets.
  2. Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and ensure exceptional customer service.
  3. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, client engagement, and operational efficiency, and taking action to optimize performance.
  4. Managing and motivating the team, ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer service excellence.
  5. Ensuring store compliance with operational procedures, safety regulations, and internal controls.
  6. Developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent, working closely with HR for recruitment, training, and employee development.
  7. Providing leadership and guidance on employee relations issues, fostering a positive and high-performance team culture.
  8. Collaborating with senior leadership and operations teams to ensure consistency and efficiency across all store functions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A proven track record in luxury retail management, with a strong focus on sales, client relationships, and people management.
  • High jewellery or premium luxury goods experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to drive store performance while maintaining a focus on exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and compliance.
  • Strong clienteling skills, with a demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Experience in HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
