About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Experience Team Lead to join our Nespresso Bluewater Boutique team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading and coaching a team of coffee enthusiasts, and driving commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
  • Lead and coach a team of coffee experts to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Act as a Nespresso brand ambassador, showcasing expert knowledge of our products and services
  • Ensure exceptional housekeeping standards are maintained across all customer areas
  • Facilitate new starter and product launch training
  • Manage and resolve escalated complaints
  • Contribute to commercial performance by delivering experience and presenting customers with relevant commercial offers
Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong understanding of the retail and competitive environment
  • Passion for coffee and willingness to learn and leverage new knowledge and skills
  • Effective team coaching and training skills
  • Ability to maintain and support a positive and collaborative team culture
