Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Portfolio Manager to oversee our European, UK, and RoW product portfolio, centered on our WES3 wireless fire solution. This role will have full responsibility for strategy, lifecycle, customer insights, feature roadmaps, budgets, and profit/loss responsibilities for the WES3 portfolio.

The successful candidate will identify and deliver growth opportunities for the WES3 product, collaborate with sales teams, and drive future products from concept to market positioning. They will also liaise closely with the Strategic Marketing Team and other departments to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate the Product Life Cycle (PLC) for WES3, ensuring timely introductions, maturity, and end-of-life management.
  • Identify customer use cases within target verticals, defining opportunities for Ramtech to support customers using innovative wireless technologies.
  • Gather and present accurate data on sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and product performance.
  • Understand industry standards, legislation, and certification requirements impacting our product portfolio, identifying changes, improvements, or new product development required to maintain or enhance our competitive position.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a relevant field, engineering or technical background highly preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Product Management, Technical, or Sales functions within Construction, Fire Safety, or Wireless Technologies.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to develop working knowledge of industry standards and certification.
  • Experience working with partner channels and multiple paths to market.
Salary:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
