About the Role

This is a key position within the client's organisation, responsible for managing their hardware product portfolio. You will support both customers and internal teams with troubleshooting, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services.

As the hardware product champion, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry developments and advise on new product development. Your extensive knowledge of hardware will enable you to make informed decisions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the client's hardware product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
