About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, supervising front office staff, and ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Supervise front office staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Monitor and maintain front office operations, including inventory management and cash handling
