Transport Care Coordinator for Royal Brompton Hospital

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to provide transportation services to patients attending outpatient appointments, day case treatment, admissions, discharges, and transfers between NHS hospitals nationally. As a key member of our ambulance service, you will work closely with our healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transporting patients with care and attention, ensuring their safety and well-being during transit.
- Caring for vulnerable patients who require assistance with wheelchairs, both manual and electric.
- Providing clear and concise information to healthcare professionals when handing over patients.
- Conducting risk assessments to ensure patient, staff, and public safety.
Requirements:
- A Level 2 Diploma or GCSEs in Mathematics and English
- A full clean UK driving licence
- The willingness to complete a Certificate in Ambulance Patient Care
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
