This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our client. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for handling all interactions received into Credit Control, ensuring all requests are completed and successfully resolved within the agreed service level.

Your main duties will include chasing customer payments, managing cash collection and resolving customer disputes. You will also be responsible for creating and categorising outbound service requests.

We are offering a highly competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus benefits including 27 days holiday, company pension and discretionary profit share bonus.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial administration, excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
