Support Teacher for SEND Students

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our SEND team in a well-resourced school located in Twickenham. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a mainstream setting, working closely with them to provide individualized support and promote positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with ASD in a 1:1 and small group setting
- Work collaboratively with senior TAs and main class teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans
- Assist with travel, training, or work experience support as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with students with ASD or similar abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
