About the Role- Create engaging and informative Psychology lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum.
- Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and a love of exploration.
- Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of psychological concepts, theories, and research methods.
- Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE A-Level, as applicable).
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Social Sciences department and contribute to school-wide events.
- Possesses Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Psychology or a closely related subject.
- Demonstrates a strong passion for Psychology and a captivating teaching style.
- Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management within a diverse learning environment.
- Fosters a positive and inclusive learning environment that challenges and motivates students.
- Holds a steadfast commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing.
