Client Relationship Management Executive

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Management Executive to join our team at beBee Professionals in Harlow. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships, driving business growth, and identifying new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive long-term business growth.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management to inform business decisions.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus commissions and bonuses.
