Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 8a Lead Nurse to join our Rheumatology team at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of high-quality nursing services for patients with rheumatological conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of nursing-led care pathways for patients with rheumatological conditions
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to design and deliver high-quality patient care
* Develop and implement education and training programs for nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
* Contribute to the development of the department's clinical research strategy
* Ensure excellent standards of nursing care through the planning, coordination, and evaluation of nurse-led services
