Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Site Manager in overseeing daily site operations and managing subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Site Manager in overseeing daily site operations and managing subcontractors.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Foster effective communication with the project team, clients, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager in the new build housing sector; experience with timber frame and open market housing is ideal.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
