The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
As a Building Services Engineering Apprentice in our London-based team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects such as The Shard, Crossrail, M1 Smart Motorway, and the London Olympic & Paralympic Route Network. Your primary responsibilities will include taking concepts and designs from architects and engineers and creating drawings using software, attending university to study a Building Services Engineering degree apprenticeship, and participating in a bespoke internal development programme to gain skills and knowledge required for the apprenticeship.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail. A keen interest in building services engineering and a willingness to learn and develop new skills are also essential. You will be studying towards a BEng degree and Incorporated Engineer status with the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers.
