This exciting opportunity is for a Building Surveyor Apprentice to join our team at Workman LLP. As a key member of our commercial property management team, you will play a crucial role in assisting experienced professionals with a range of building surveying instructions on various commercial properties, including offices, retail, and industrial sites.

Throughout this comprehensive 57-month program, you will receive on-the-job training, attend external events, and forums, and work towards obtaining your BSc in Building Surveying and supporting you through your APC. Our goal is to develop you into a RICS-accredited Chartered Building Surveyor.

During the first six months, you will work full-time from our office, allowing you to become familiar with our procedures and team dynamics.

As a Building Surveyor Apprentice at Workman LLP, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including professional and contract work. You will be responsible for various tasks, such as Schedule of Dilapidation's, pre-acquisition surveys, party wall awards, defect diagnosis, planned preventative maintenance reports, reinstatement cost assessments, retail delivery, and schedule of conditions.
