Graduate Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our Building Services team in London.

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in helping to minimize the costs of a project, ensuring profitability and risk mitigation. You will build relationships with trade contractors and client representatives, and support the preparation and completion of site measurement and records.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Procuring trade contract packages, including tender analysis and preparation of tender and contract documents
  • Assisting with the procurement of sub-contract packages
  • Working within the projects commercial team to measure and quantify works for cost plan validation

Requirements:

  • Studying towards or having completed a Quantity Surveying degree accredited by the RICS
  • Strong commercial focus and construction knowledge
