Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor

At Advance TRS, we're seeking a talented Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our commercial department, you'll provide essential support to our Commercial Manager and Lead Quantity Surveyor, ensuring the optimization of project margins while minimizing commercial risk.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer sub-contract accounts from project inception to final account settlement.
- Contribute to the production of monthly project reviews and work package management reports.
- Review and enhance commercial processes and procedures for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate settlement of project sub-contract accounts to achieve early resolution.
- Educated to graduate entry degree level or equivalent.
- Experience working in a contracting commercial department.
- Understanding of tendering and pre-contract cost analysis.
- Working knowledge of construction industry standard forms of contract and commercial terms.
