In response to our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Health and Safety (HSE) professional to join our dedicated team in the London Region. Reporting directly to the Group Regional Health & Safety Manager, you will provide essential support to multiple sites across the M25 region, including technical and HSE expertise to Site Management Teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting regular site inspections and providing targeted support to ensure continuous improvement;
  • Delivering technical and HSE guidance to Site Management Teams to maintain compliance and best practices;
  • Participating in monthly and quarterly meetings to discuss progress and initiatives;
  • Collaborating with Client HSE representatives as required;
  • Developing practical solutions to site-specific challenges;
  • Fostering strong relationships with Site Management and subcontractor teams;
  • Investigating incidents and accidents when necessary;
  • Providing in-house training for operatives and management teams.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Significant experience in construction or house building and maintenance within the M&E sector in the UK;
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar HSE role (desired);
  • A current and valid CSCS / ECS / JIB card;
  • Availability to start immediately;
  • A UK driving license;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to travel.
