We are expanding our HSE team and seeking an experienced professional to join our dedicated and committed team. As a key member of the team, you will report directly to the Group Regional Health & Safety Manager and provide HSE support to multiple sites across the London Region, including travel within the M25 area.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting fortnightly site inspections and site support visits to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Providing technical and HSE support to site management teams to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Undertaking targeted checks to identify areas for improvement and implementing measures to ensure continual improvement.
  • Attending monthly and quarterly meetings with site management teams and other stakeholders to discuss health and safety matters.
  • Supporting client HSE representatives as necessary to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Investigating incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Delivering in-house training to site operatives and management teams on health and safety best practices.

Requirements for this role include:

  • UK-based experience in construction, house building, and M&E maintenance.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar HSE role, with a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • A current and valid CSCS, ECS, or JIB card.
  • Availability to start immediately.
  • A UK driving licence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
