About the Role:


We are looking for a Support Worker to join our fantastic teams supporting adults with learning disabilities in their own homes in Newbury.

About the Job:


You will be working in people's homes, connecting, sharing interests, and being interested. You will help individuals to plan, communicate, and deliver support with and alongside them.


Requirements:


You must be able to work shifts across the week and some weekends, including sleep in shifts where needed. You must also be able to commute reliably to shift start times or relocate before starting work.

We will train you in everything you need to be a great Support Worker. We will apply and pay for your enhanced DBS, and we have a mentorship scheme in place to provide support and guide you on your journey with us.
