The Roseate Edinburgh Ltd is seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor to enhance the guest experience and drive business success. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and drink service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and contributing to the hotel's overall excellence.

The Role:

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Managing food and beverage operations, including inventory, ordering, and stock control
  • Leading a team of service staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
  • Monitoring and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
  • Assisting with events, functions, and special occasions, ensuring a memorable experience for guests

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who:

  • Has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
  • Has a strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and stock control
  • Is a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence
  • Is flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing situations
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests
