Job Title: Food and Beverage Assistant

Job Summary:

The Food and Beverage Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of food and beverage service are maintained at all times. This includes assisting with the preparation of food and beverages, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation of food and beverages for service
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests
  • Assist with receiving and storing goods
  • Maintain good food safety and hygiene standards
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the line manager
Requirements:
  • 2 years previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • Customer focus and ability to work as part of a diverse team
