Job Title: Food and Beverage Assistant

Cycas Hospitality is a dynamic and innovative hotel management company that is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton, Edinburgh Haymarket.

Job Summary:

The Food and Beverage Assistant will play a key role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience. This includes assisting with the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation and presentation of food and beverages for service
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with the maintenance of the food and beverage outlet, including cleaning and stocking
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • 2 years previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the business
  • Ability to work as part of a diverse team with colleagues from different backgrounds and cultures
