The Roseate Edinburgh Ltd is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to enhance our luxury hotel's exceptional guest experience. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding food and drink services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.

The Role:

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
  • Managing food and beverage operations, including serving, waiting, and mixology
  • Collaborating with the Front of House team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Supporting events and functions, including cocktail tastings and whisky events

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who:

  • Is naturally charismatic and confident in their interactions with guests
  • Has a keen interest in developing knowledge of food and beverage products
  • Is detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Is motivated by delivering exceptional customer service
  • Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
