Job Title: HR Business Partner

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + Car Allowance + competitive benefits package

Location: South East; Home-based / Regional

The Advocate Group is partnering with a leading healthcare provider to find a skilled HR Business Partner to support their growth and development in the South East region.

This role will provide high-quality HR partnering to business leaders, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic people outcomes. You will also provide coaching and support to managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment and selection by collaborating with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to fill vacancies with high-calibre candidates.

• Develop and implement recruitment campaigns, job fairs, apprenticeship programs, and general networking to maintain a robust candidate pipeline.

• Facilitate and support candidate selection processes, including job evaluation, interviews, and onboarding.

• Design and deliver engagement and communication plans to drive employee engagement, including annual staff engagement surveys.

• Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

• Provide day-to-day coaching to regional and site leadership teams on employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application, talent management and development, and organisational design consultation.

• Act as a change agent, building capacity to embrace and capitalise on change initiatives, focusing on company values and behaviours, creating high-performing teams, streamlining processes, and automation.

• Lead and support the implementation of HR strategic initiatives, ensuring they are aligned to business goals and underpin the company strategy.

Your Profile:

• CIPD Level 5 – 7 desirable

• Demonstrable experience in a generalist HR role (10 years plus)

• Experience in providing complex ER support and advice to managers

• Strong experience of operating across the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding

• Experience in a healthcare setting

• Ability to promote and embed equality and diversity as an integral part of working
