Job Title: HR Business Partner
Job Summary:
The Advocate Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the continued development and growth of our client, a major national provider within the Healthcare industry. As a key member of the HR team, you will provide high-quality and commercial HR partnering to business leaders to ensure the successful delivery of strategic people outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and selection by liaising with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to ensure that vacancies are filled in a timely manner with high-calibre candidates.
- Develop and deliver engagement and communication plans which drive engagement, including annual staff engagement surveys.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide day-to-day coaching to the regional and site leadership teams on employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application, talent management and development, and organisational design consultation.
- Lead and support the implementation of HR strategic initiatives ensuring they are aligned to the business goals and underpin the company strategy.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 – 7 desirable
- Demonstrable experience within a generalist HR role (10 years plus)
- Experience gained providing complex ER support and advice to managers
- Strong experience of operating across the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability to promote and embed equality and diversity as an integral part of working
