Job Title: Senior Genomic Research Coordinator - East Midlands

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the position of Senior Genomic Research Coordinator in our East Midlands team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating research and innovation projects across a complex footprint, involving NHS providers, academic partners, industry stakeholders, and other relevant parties.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement research and innovation activities within the East GMSA region.
  2. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including researchers, clinicians, and healthcare professionals.
  3. Provide administrative support for research projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain research databases, protocols, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Masters level education or equivalent experience working at a senior level in a specialist area.
  • Evidence of ongoing continuing professional development.
  • Project or operational management experience within an academic or NHS environment.
  • An understanding of clinical trials processes in the UK and experience working with researchers, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and generous annual leave entitlement.
