Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a Business Growth Manager to join our UK team, responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with care homes in Wales and the south west of England.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success. Results-driven and self-motivated, they will possess strong interpersonal skills and be fluent in English. Basic French skills are a bonus.
As a Business Growth Manager, you will generate leads, work towards individual and team targets, and meet with prospects to present our innovative solution. You will also establish long-term relationships with key contacts and influencers in the industry.
This role involves regular travel to France (at least 2-3 times a year) to strengthen relationships with the team and participate in training sessions. Our remuneration package includes a competitive salary with monthly bonuses and a chance to develop in an ultra-dynamic environment with autonomy and initiative encouraged.
You will work closely with our Client Support team to monitor the implementation of our solution and establish links with key contacts and influencers over the long term. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company and make a real impact on our business.
