Role Responsibility

The successful candidate will be part of our production team, working closely with the site team to ensure the machinery is set and in optimum condition to meet monthly production targets. A typical day will involve:

  • Providing timely and well-engineered resolutions to breakdowns, with a solution-focused approach
  • Producing quality specialist cementitious products to a production gold standard, in accordance with customer specifications across multiple product variations
  • Completing daily machinery standard checks, ensuring all documentation is completed relating to safety, performance, availability, and quality requirements
  • Responsible for all machine-specific OLM Schedules, including recording and reporting aligned to best-in-class performance as per skills matrix
  • Supporting Mobile Fitting teams in fault diagnosis, repairs, and planned maintenance activities
  • Setting up and operating automated machines in accordance with production requirements on-site and aligned to the training matrix
  • Responsible for critical spares, inventory management, on-shelf availability, and re-ordering process

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for individuals with previous experience working as an Operative or similar, with a sound maintenance knowledge gained within a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate:

  • A keen eye for quality control
  • Ability to comply with H&S regulations
  • Flexibility towards working hours and willingness to work overtime
