Compliance Project Lead

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Compliance Project Lead to manage our construction compliance efforts. As part of this role, you will be responsible for driving a positive health and safety culture across our diverse portfolio of projects.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction health and safety, with experience managing complex requirements and leading high-profile initiatives. They will work closely with stakeholders to implement effective health and safety strategies and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive health and safety plan
- Manage audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of health and safety strategies
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Construction certification or equivalent
- Grad IOSH or Member of IIRSM
- Proven experience in managing health and safety requirements
