Description
Manage and implement statutory testing obligations and planned preventative maintenance programs
Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance across all departments.
To instruct and manage contractors in the delivery of compliance programmes within defined KPI's
Work with all departments to ensure root cause analysis is undertaken to facilitate continuous improvement projects and ways of working.
Assist with complaint investigations to ensure appropriate corrective and preventative actions are taken as well as assisting in the closure of audit non-conformances within the required timescales.Profile
A successful Compliance Coordinator should have:
Accuracy and attention to detail
Organisation skills and ability to work to tight timescales
Effective minute taking skills
Property Compliance experience- programming, management, legislation and delivery
NEBOSH or IOSH qualified or working towards
Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
The ability to handle pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Good team player
System and IT Literate, exposure to ExcelJob Offer
