Service Delivery Manager Women's Health Hub

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager Women's Health Hub to join our team at Barts Health NHS Trust. As a key member of the gynaecology team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of clinics, ensuring robust processes are in place to optimize clinic utilization and minimize DNA rates. You will work closely with clinical and operational leads to embed improved clinical pathways and service redesign initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic efficiency and patient flow
- Collaborate with clinical teams to design and implement new care pathways
- Establish and monitor clear metrics to measure success
Requirements
- Degree level education or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of service improvement and quality enhancement
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and produce actionable insights
Salary and Benefits
£45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
