Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a bonus scheme and opportunities for professional development.

Job Description

This role involves selling products, gaining market access for new products, and ensuring the delivery of sales and market access outcomes at a territory level.

  • Hit sales targets for the portfolio within designated territories.
  • Achieve an agreed activity rate on key customers in designated accounts, including GPs, Key Secondary Care customers, Pharmacies, and others as directed.
  • Build a deep understanding of the environment covering customers, patients, Women's Health, and other important disease areas.
  • Develop advocacy, access, and awareness across LHEs for Theramex brands.
  • Facilitate the development of formularies, positive policies, and guidelines for Theramex brands.
  • Identification of projects which will deliver a win for the patient, the NHS and Theramex.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ABPI qualification with certification
  • A proven track record working in the area as a key account manager, working at payor, secondary and primary care levels
  • Ability to produce robust business plans which can show deliverable results and the impact of your work
  • A good understanding of the NHS at national and local level and ability to influence healthcare priorities at a local level
  • Strong networking, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • A passion for women's health
  • Full driver's license
  • Computer literacy with standard systems and processes
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
