About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our Service based in Amersham, working on a full-time permanent basis (37.5 hours per week).

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting others and excellent communication skills to build meaningful relationships with individuals with learning disabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support and care to service users in their daily lives
  • Assisting with personal care, medication management, and other daily tasks
  • Encouraging independence and promoting social inclusion

The successful candidate will be required to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide suitable references.
