About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Educational Support Specialist to join Academics Ltd, a reputable Secondary School in Amersham, Buckinghamshire. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with Key Stage 3 and 4 students in a secondary school setting.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing learning support to students, assisting teachers with lessons, and contributing to the overall well-being of the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized learning support to students as needed
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation
  • Contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive school environment

Salary Range: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Amersham, Buckinghamshire

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working with Key Stage 3 and 4 students in a secondary school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
