Zadania:

  • Zapewnienie realizacji procesów HR w przydzielonych działach i zespołach zgodnie ze strategią i globalnymi standardami
  • Ścisła współpraca z menedżerami w identyfikowaniu i rozwijaniu potencjału pracowników
  • Projektowanie i wdrażanie programów rozwojowych dla zespołów, prowadzenie szkoleń i warsztatów z naciskiem na rozwój umiejętności, przywództwa i efektywności
  • Udział w procesach rekrutacyjnych
  • Inicjowanie i udział w działaniach Employer Brandingowych
  • Udział w projektach międzynarodowych wspierających rozwój i zaangażowanie pracowników
  • Zapewnienie wsparcia w obszarach relacji pracowniczych, w tym komunikacji wewnętrznej, kultury organizacyjnej zgodnej z wartościami oraz integracji
  • Zapewnienie poprawnych i kompletnych danych w naszych systemach HR i obiegu dokumentów

Wymagania:

  • 3-5-letnie doświadczenie operacyjne w obszarze HR
  • Wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane kierunki: Zarządzanie Zasobami Ludzkimi, Socjologia, Psychologia itp.)
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne oraz prezentacyjne
  • Umiejętność wnioskowania i przekonywania na podstawie danych
  • Elastyczność i zdolność do szybkiego reagowania na zmiany
  • Proaktywna postawa oraz chęć ciągłego uczenia się i doskonalenia swoich umiejętności
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w międzynarodowej organizacji będzie atutem
