Product Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Compliance Specialist to join our Product Quality & Compliance team at Kramp. As a Product Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) process for batteries, oils, tyres, electrical equipment, and product packaging;
  • Lead (international) audits in the EPR field for Kramp;
  • Develop, improve, and monitor the EPR process;
  • Work cross-functionally to develop product compliance projects within Kramp.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a relevant field;
  • More than 2 years' experience in (European) product compliance legislation;
  • Confidence and experience in independently initiating and leading projects;
  • Ability to extract insights from data (e.g. Excel, Tableau) and translate them into advice;
  • Excellent spoken and written skills in English and Dutch due to the international nature of the position.
