Product Support Specialist

As a key member of our Product Support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer service and product quality. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing spare parts orders, managing incoming orders, and conducting quality control checks on incoming products.

Key Responsibilities:
* Picking and packing spare parts orders: Perform the primary responsibility of picking and packing spare parts orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
* Managing incoming orders: Address and respond to incoming orders related to spare parts, providing prompt and professional communication to customers and internal teams.
* Quality control checks: Conduct basic quality control checks on incoming products to ensure they meet company standards before distribution.
