Support Worker for Complex Needs

Reed is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in a special school setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pupils with complex needs and a passion for delivering tailored support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with complex needs.
- Assist pupils with personal care, mobility, communication, and learning.
- Implement individual education plans, behavior plans, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to support pupil outcomes.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or relevant experience with complex needs.
- Understanding of the needs of pupils with complex challenges.
- Positive, patient, and empathetic approach to building rapport with pupils.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
