As an Independent Living Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring their safety, dignity, and overall wellbeing. **Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health, and autism
- Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
