Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Willows HealthCare. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care to individuals, including assistance with daily living activities
* Maintain accurate records of client care and progress
* Promote dignity and respect in all interactions with clients
* Assist with day-to-day activities, such as meal preparation and social interaction
Requirements:
* Friendly and caring nature
* Patient and supportive
* Considerate and empathetic
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential, with a minimum of 3 months full-time or 6 months part-time experience
* Ability to work flexible hours
* Car driver preferred due to location of clients
