Youth Support Worker

We are seeking a talented and compassionate Youth Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Willows HealthCare. As a Youth Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting care leavers in leading more independent and fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote independence and support care leavers in achieving their goals.
  • Attend medical appointments and provide necessary assistance.
  • Assist with day-to-day activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Engage in considered interactions and promote a welcoming environment.
Requirements:
  • A considerate and empathetic nature, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • A minimum of 3 months full-time or 6 months part-time experience in a similar role.
  • The ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing situations.
