The Role:
Responsibilities:- Providing expert governance and corporate secretarial support to ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2006.
- Assisting with board meeting preparations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Advising on corporate governance issues, legal obligations, and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting the company with annual compliance, filings, and other corporate governance activities across subsidiaries.
- Qualified or Part-Qualified Chartered Secretary - With at least 2 years of experience in-house or in a professional services firm.
- Extensive Knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 and corporate governance practices.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
