Job Description

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Delivery Manager to join our fast-growing telecoms business in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, delivering ITIL operating processes, and working with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and act as primary point of contact for escalations.
  • Deliver ITIL operating processes and procedures.
  • Organise cross-functional teams to address and resolve escalated customer issues efficiently.
  • Drive continuous service improvement within assigned accounts.

Requirements
  • ITIL certified.
  • Experience in Service Delivery within a Telecoms or Managed Service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
