Molecular Biology Training and Development Lead

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Molecular Biology or Biological Sciences, with a strong background in laboratory workflow and a passion for professional development.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, including direct line management experience of a small team (5-15 people). The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can drive process improvements and promote a safety-first culture.
