The successful applicant will be responsible for creating an action plan to improve maths standards, developing training programs for staff, and advising on resources and innovative approaches to learning.

You will also oversee the management of several staff members, including a lead practitioner, second-in-department, and mathematics teachers. Key responsibilities include conducting performance reviews, managing attendance and performance, and participating in recruitment and selection processes.
